Just a couple of nice package designs for you all to enjoy today. I love seeing various types of packaging and all the creative ideas for designing them.
This multi-part package is so funky. It's for Allotinabox, a company that makes grow your own food kits. It does a good job of incorporating a green, eco-friendly look as well as a cheerful attitude.
The irregular, hand-stamped looking typography is so funky and happy looking. I like the stencil font on the side of the box as well. I also love how all the elements inside coordinate but each have their own flair. The seed packets, for example, are made of kraft colored paper - the same kind as the box - but the black print and the more minimal layout is different and interesting. This kit sure would be a fun way to start gardening.
I also really like this collection of materials for Eastfield Village, a restored historic village. All the print design is either rubber stamped or letterpressed, which is really neat and also goes well with the historical idea.
I love all the different materials that are used: various colors of paper and also a couple different fabrics. Yet the design is cohesive, too. It stays within a similar color scheme of neutrals and red, and all has a bit of an old school feel to it.
I also want to feature a pretty package design for Askul. This design is totally different from the first two and is very modern and dramatic.
I love the Helvetica used in these designs, and the way the super high contrast on the boxes really grabs your attention. I think my favorite is the first image - I love the white text on various fluorescent colors - what a perfect package for highlighters.
What do you all think of these pretty packages? I love it when you share your thoughts.
