Weekend Links 11/11

Today is 11/11/11: a lovely number, isn't it? To celebrate the occasion, I've decided to go all out with Weekend Links today and give you eleven links and finds to enjoy.

Via Present&Correct.
Witty cross-stitch picture. There's nothing like forgetting to save room for all your letters!

Via Swissmiss.
An entire company devoted to red and white designs! You can find their designs on Etsy. I really like these red and white fingerless gloves; they look comfy and warm.

From ModCloth.
I really like the soft, cheerful prairie pattern of this dress. It would be fun for anything from a formal occasion to a walk on the beach.

Via Oh So Beautiful Paper.
I love this quaint wedding invitations. They match the historic venue just great!

From David David via Design for Mankind.
The fun, bright geometric pattern is so cheerful.

From Laurel Denise via Oh So Beautiful Paper.
I love the simple, pretty design of this calendar. The typography is fabulous.

Website with shape and type inspiration from vintage record album covers. I love all the retro graphic design goodness.

From Amazon.
These wall decals would add lots of fun art and color to a wall in a jiffy. They're also wonderfully vintage.

+ ampersand poster
Via FPO.
I love how this poster celebrates one of the best-loved symbols: the ampersand. How clever that the shape is made up of many smaller ampersands!

From Crate&Barrel, via Design for Mankind.
So bright and fun and yellow! I love it.

Via Swissmiss.
These would be perfect for my Christmas tree - colorful ornaments with a graphic design flair.

I hope you've enjoyed this little collection of eleven today. Feel free to let me know if you have a favorite item, and a very happy 11/11/11 to you!
